The Risk of Undetected Gonorrhea Symptoms

“The Drip, “The Clap, or Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection due to bacteria most common to sexually active teens and in their twenty’s. Just like other common bacterial infection without symptoms, there are signs attributed to gonorrhea that you need to pay attention.

Why is it necessary for you and your partner to get tested? Since this common infection shows no symptoms, people who are infected usually learn about their condition later on, and unfortunately are not able to treat the condition sooner than they should have. Failure to detect the signs and treat this infection spreads into fallopian tubes or the uterus resulting to PID or Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.
